I'm pretty sure that happens when the person fills out the survey near the time that the server time restarts, so it won't count until the next day. So the previous day, you will get a click, and the following day, you will get that lead and no click

This happens when one person completes 3 surveys (Or when 3 people that share the same IP address complete a survey).
