300 backlinks from the same domain, good or bad?

I have a site thats only like 2 weeks ago and in yahoo site explorer it shows I have like 300 links from podcastingnews dot com. I have no idea why I have so many from them, ive never submitted any backlink to them, and the pages it says are linked to mine have absolutely nothing to do with my niche. Anyways will it hurt my page any that I have so many links from the same page?

No, it wouldn't hurt. If it was that easy to be penalised by backlinks, then we could all shoot down our competition.

no it won't hurt your site, besides, Google only counts that as 1 backlink since it's coming from one site
