The idea is good, but the CPA aspect of it is concerning. Based off the same IP situation everyone has already mentioned. It will take some convincing to get a network to approve you to run a campaign like this. But I guess once you have done that you should be able to make decent money. If this is working for you, why haven't you started scaling this? If you can average $300 a day on the weekends? JV with people and set this up all over the world. If you already have the approval from your network all the traffic would be ran through you anyways, no way to get screwed?

I see only one scenario this method will work:
1. user has mobile data on and has a crappy mobile plan ( like me) always looking for free wifi to leach
2. user sign for ur wifi network with his mobile data still on and get captured by ur LP
3. user inserts mail and phone and when he clicks on " let me leach free wifi" gets banned from the network and his mobile data takes the spot
4. pray to god the user doesn't notice and completes the offer using his mobile data ip and details.

I was going to say you can't set up a captive portal on android, that's why you need the router. But the top google result says it can be possible and lays out the tutorial.
