If I got this right, OP also clarified that for extra protection he adds a blogger site with a few blog posts on as well as an actual article that talks about the offer before auto redirecting visitors straight to the offer link. This way Google sees a landing page and a blog post and won't pull the ads although the blogger site is there only to redirect visitors to the cpa offer.
OP said that by doing this an extra layer of safety is added, therefore minimizing any risk of getting your account shut down.

Now you guys understand what I was saying! With this trick, you can promote anything with google especially if you use blogger redirect URL in the middle after sites.google.com before the offer linkmarcusd3v3l0p3r

Don't worry will approve it, And don't forget also to create pages like Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Terms, and Contact Us because google likes it and approve fast! You don't need to create actual pages only write it in the footer and put any link look this page: deep-sentnel.blogspot.com

Great trick. But the real ace up your sleeve is paying 0.01 per click on PPC ads. That makes all the difference in the world. Pulling similar numbers to yours targeting tier 1 countries would be unimaginable for a newbie as he would end up paying tenfold the $20/day you're spending only to be met by cutthroat competition that will considerably slim down their profits.
This obviously isn't meant to knock you down. On the contrary, while most people focus solely on the usual countries (UK, US, Canada and Australia) you've demonstrated that local, untapped and often snubbed markets can be goldmines if exploited the right way and with knowledge.
So hats off to you. Being that my fiancée is half Arab and able to write and speak Arabic I might even try to emulate you, just for kicks and see what comes out of it.
One quick perhaps stupid question, I assume both keywords and offer link are in Arabic right?
