Look into Youtube + CPA. There are quite alot of thread abou that method here in this forum. If you do it right you can earn even more.
 
I'm pretty someone offline would be more than happy to lend you $30 if it's that serious. The whole point of a scholarship is to save money or get funded to study LMAO. Pretty sure @OP is asking for donations anyway

cut - urls is a website where you can shorten links and when someone enter that link you will get a little amount of money. try posting those links in alot of facebook groups and forums and you will get 30$ inch aallah.
 
Better deal with it that u won't make anything online in that short period because everything takes months to start, sometimes year (i managed to get first good income after year and half of reading and looking around), so ye just ask someone to lend you or do offline jobs even in my 3rd world country i could manage to get 30 euros in 2 -3 days..
Btw i see this thread also as donation jar so whatever i think it is useless to write anything
