30 websites all build for authority websites, seo optimized, content full, socially optimized, monetizing and promotion options all researched and ready.
All linked together like a brand but each is separate niche and itself a different website.
All 30 designed professionally with unique content.
All 30 have potential of growing into something really big.
Small earnings started or no earnings at all, just all fully ready to start growing.

I want to know:

- How much would you estimate will they be worth selling all together to some serious investor, and would they be easy to sell?

I doubt they worth much if they are not making any money...

Look at the BSTs that sell similar ready made websites and compare yours to theirs and try to price them accordingly. And then comes the larger challenge of finding and interested and capable buyer with an offer you would be happy with.
