There are ways to download a full "snapshot" of wayback machine. But it contains only .HTML files because no one from outside can access the files on your server (if you website drops).
Wayback machine and other tools just create a "cache" snapshot in .HTML and that's all you can get.
But what you can do:
1) Create a new Wordpress
2) Create a page with the same url
3) Copy paste content + images
4) Go back to 2
I don't know if you can get the comments back though. But maybe someone knows! Goodluck

There is 1 software which says it can do it...but his charges will go too high or 30 page website.
can anyone guide me with this..I see domrecovery can do it...but i am not sure that it can get me wordpress website along with comments and images.
