30 Hashtags or 13 - 16 ?

Wich one is better?
I see people here saying to use all the 30# to reach more users, but i see some others saying to usebtw 13 - 16 hashtags cause it will make those "#" more stronger...

Wich one do you use, and why ?

Using 30 hashtags will look spammy and there probably there is not a "perfect number of hashtags". Marketers say that for small-medium accounts (less than 15-20k followers) the best engagement rate is when using five hashtags in the first comment and thirteen hashtags in the caption. However, you should bear in mind that you need to use only relevant hashtags.
