30 groups posted and got 22 visitors !!! it's normal ?

Post 3 or 4 ingredients and then a link to your page to get the complete recipe.

You post a link in a group you know need to wait for users to read or be on that group , but that takes time , it a waiting game if spamming links.

Some people do spamming all day 500 to 5000 spammed groups a day ....

The good thing is if ,you get in the wright group the traffic is gold dust ,Facebook converts very nicly, if done right.

if people doesnt engage to your post, then its like getting ghosted. try posting engaging post, & you will see the difference.

Well, buddy, if you spam the same links I believe the post reach drops tremendously. Try different domains and post less with more spaced out timing IMO
