I am not from the UK, however, no problem to sell on ebay.co.uk to UK only.
What about eBay and paypal fees? I have to cover them on my own?
Also I would prefer to use Paypal, because WU is very unsecure.

However, if I send the money before you sent the item, how will I know that it will be sent? Especially when using WU ....

How can you guarantee that they are legit? Isn't amazon the only one allowed to sell this, so how do you get them for below what amazon sells them for? Where are they being dropshipped from? It's a pretty bold statement to guarantee that they are legit, it needs proof when selling items like this otherwise you could get forum users here in a fair bit of trouble if they're not careful and/or unlucky.
Previously you had a JV which was interesting but after research I found it to be one of the most difficult VeRO items to sell on ebay apart from the standard LV, Chanel etc. stuff which would have put my longstanding ebay account at very high risk of being canned. I am aware ebay has limits on certain items per account so of course you're looking to expand, but without solid proof that these are genuine items they could pose a high risk to people's quite valuable longstanding ebay accounts. This is just a heads up to fellow BHW members to be aware of the risks. I feel you should be fully upfront about who/where you got the items from and the possible risks to BHW members' ebay accounts. This might prevent a lot of people waking up to find their ebay account has been suspended or whatever, or possibly worse.
ebay being the Google of the online auction world, they are an absolute bitch to deal with, so you need to have balls and a lot of luck to deal in items like this. Also, if the items are not genuine (which was the case with the previous items you dropshipped) then the sellers are looking at trouble with the law as well (in the worst case). It's much less risky for you to just dropship and stay behind the scenes, rather than attempt to sell on a large scale on ebay yourself due to these risks.
Of course a lot of people will still be happy to make the money despite the risk. I just hope it goes well for them all and that they can avoid trouble with ebay, the law, amazon, or whoever. You raise some good points, the last thread was a Vero item, however if you look back over the thread, no one lost any accounts, in fact I don't think anyone had any negative experiences with that JV.
As for these items being legit, I value my reputation on this forum, I would not risk it to make a quick bit of money.
Obviously there are certain routes I am taking to get the items at a price at which I can offer this JV, which I fully disclose to the people selling for me, so far no one has had a problem with it. If you look around eBay there are hundreds of sellers, selling kindles below amazon prices....in large quantities as well.
There is opportunity for arbitrage in every niche/market.

1)These are Social Engineered through Amazon...Which is pretty much fraud, prepaid gift card to get a replacement Kindle, possibly even using someone elses Credit Card...

I don't see why Amazon would try and branch out selling their Kindles when they have the best outlet to sell them through: their own website, which happens to be the biggest online retailer around. In my opinion, even if OP follows through with all this there's a very small chance these were acquired legitimately.
