3 Year Established Website Looking for SEO/Content JV Partner

Well established group of websites looking for an SEO/Content management partner. I have currently switched back over to a 9-5 job & don't have time to hype up the sites like I used to.

I'm willing to offer a 60/40 split in your favor if earnings achieve $XXXX once again. 60/40 in my favor if earnings reach $XXX or lower. We can talk specifics beyond that through PM or skype

The sites have various social media accounts tied to them, millions of views over the years, a small backlink profile (has dwindled down), hosting payed & established.

The site is monetized in a couple of different ways. One network pays weekly with a 15% fee ($50 threshold & can be switched to net30 with 0% fee) & the other payment system is net30 ($100 threshold)

I'd prefer to work with a US based partner as payment would most likely be easier that way.

I'm willing to hear out pitches from anyone with enthusiasm about what they can offer so don't hesitate to contact me. Even if your not US based.

It would realistically max out at around 3-6k. I cannot promise that it would breach $6k per monh but it should have the potential to do so.

Updated JV Proposal for 2017


This project goes back to 2012 and has seen many changes. Periods of great success and periods of mediocre returns/success over the years. Was spoiled early in the beginning back in 2012 when the site was ranked #1 for my main keyword in Google.

I'm willing to negotiate the split on revenue. Right now the site is a solid earner at just under/over $500 per month with little overhead cost. We can talk specifics of the revenue split beyond that through PM or skype.

The site has various social media accounts tied to it, millions of views over the years, a small backlink profile (has dwindled down), hosting payed & established.

I'm utilizing multiple types of monetization: Display ads, matched content ads, CPA offers, Amazon Affiliates, etc.


Further Information:

At the moment I have 100 articles that are for Amazon products the can be posted over time. I did keyword research for these azon products in order to find easy to rank products that have search volume. They have been fairly easy to rank with little to no backlinks. I believe that this portion of the site has potential to earn the most moving forward.

The second and currently most lucrative section of the site is the monetized sections with CPA offers. I cannot go into much more detail without revealing the niche. This one would benefit greatly from ranking the main keyword higher in google. There is still potential to earn more from this portion of the project.

The rest is display ads/matched content and that hinges on the amount of traffic that the site pulls in. If we are able to produce more traffic than the earnings in this area should improve as well.

I'll be in charge of creating, posting, formatting and expanding on the various sections of the site.

I will be aiming to make most articles around 700+ words each. The site has a superb design that allows for a ton of customization for the review articles. Each page and article will be unique to the site.

The non article posts are mostly simple and can be added to the site with relative ease. They help round out the project and bring in foot traffic through long tail keywords.
