It's related to Google August core update. Don't worry too much about page speed, you're not in the red yet and even so, if your engagement metrics are great, it should not matter so much. Page speed can't be the reason for such a dramatic drop.

So engagement, retention, how much users love your site, these are the key points for Google now. At least so they say, anyway. Content can be great, but not engaging, time on site can be great but with little retention (that's more or less unlikely, because both go hand in hand many times).
