3 Steps to increase wordpress speed right now.

So this might be beginner stuff, but it helped me a lot.

1. Add Free Cloudflare to your site, just log on and they talk you through changing your nameservers.
2. Get WpRocket, I have tested a few free plugins but i got the best results with WPRocket
3. Get Smush plugin and optimize your pictures.

These 3 easy steps took my site from a speed of 3.2sec to just 0.7

Hope this helps someone, and feel free to share any advice you have.

I much prefer WPRocket, I know some people will disagree. But from the results I got, im gonna say WPRocket

From my experience is WPRocket. And also you can search in the forum because @Festinger posted a great "free version" of the plugin not so long ago...

Could u share with us your settings with smuch and wp rocket ? Just to follow yours as there is many sections to select

If you need something very fast and light, go for a Vultr High Frequency Compute VPS ($6/Month] combined with RunCloud.io ($8/Month) with their Nginx cache, use CloudFlare DNS only. BadAss speed at very low cost. It does not get much faster then this combo.

Not seen a great deal of increase with WPRocket on its own, I like the interface and other features though. I use WPRocket, Fast Velocity Minify and Bunny CDN and get a decent speed, although I am pushing the limits of my existing theme which is a bit outdated now.
