TikTok started to ban my ads for one of the reasons:

-URL: product presented on landing page is from a Prohibited Industry: Medicine & Supplements
I tried many times to appeal the decision, but didnt work.

I started creating multiple campaigns, ad groups, changed ads and from time to time they approved my ads. Was getting good sales from these ads until my account got PERMA BANNED!
Tried to create another 2 ad accounts. The first one got banned instantly when i introduced the company name.
For the second one i used a fake company name, but got insta banned when i created the ad with the link from my website.

So.. tiktok banned my company and domain, maybe ip, maybe phone number, maybe the credit card used.

I bought a proxy for Romania (residential ipv4).
Created a profile in adspower (proxy connected, new fingerprint, eveything).
Created a new shopify store with new domain!!
New revolut card.
Created fresh ads account.
Now i am masked!!

Started my new campaign with my fresh ads (old ads, but made some changes). My ads got dissaproved after the first review. The decision was that the product from the landing page is part of a Prohibited Industry: Medicine & Supplements. I appelead the decision, but id didnt work.
Ok.. maybe i ll get lucky with a second ad group (same ads). No.. it also got dissaproved for the same reason.

Now is the part where i need your help..
- What should i do to get a new TT AD account up & running? For this product or maybe another product (couldnt get an account up & running for no product/shop)
- What should i do to pass the review for my ads?
-> Read about cloaking. Reviewers see a different page and customers my real product page.
-> What template of landing page should i create to be relevant to the ads and pass the tiktok review?
-> What happens if a human reviewer access my cloaked link? Does cloakers work on humans? I think yes, but i am not sure. I read about redirecting by ip. So the tiktok related ips will be redirected to a white hat page.
-> Where can i find some useful resources for cloaking shopify stores for tiktok?
-> What free or cheap cloakers do you recommend? (I dont have such a large budget for premium cloakers)
- Has anyone else been through a similar situation? Trying to promote a "whitehat" product and getting bans...

Well, it looks like you have already managed to do that, however, your ads were rejected. Redo the same process, but use another, less troublesome product, there will be no reason to have problems with ad approval in this case. Use everything new...new domain, new product, new card, etc, etc.

On the various questions about cloaking, I have zero experience on the subject. Cloakers are usually used by those who are selling black hat products (nutra, cbd, etc), not the case for dropshippers. You don't need a cloaker, you should just test other products and avoid these kind of problematic products, give a read to TikTok Ads policies and you will understand that beauty products, weight loss, with before and after images, aesthetic products, etc are problematic, try to change niche.
