Naw, it's an old redirect trick. Anyone can do it and fake pr. Most just make it believable and use a pr2-3. Faking to a pr10 will only lure the dumbest buyers and ones that will bitch very loud when they find they were scammed. Any site can drop from a pr2 for simple reasons. Nobody goes from a pr10 to n/a in a week or month - lmao

I think he redirect it on another site, and when google updates its pr, he removed it and build a new site..

Do you think it will last for long?
 
i can't find any proof that domain is fake PR. all PR tools give result valid PR 10 for this domain.
 
OMG, pr10? Why? 301? Could anybody explain it?

NO, this is just because of pubsubhubbub wordpress plugin, to ping this appspot portal.
 
europeana.eu has PR 10 but it's not possible to put in any URL in the comment form. What do you recommend in this case??? Thanks...
 
Is there any check PR website that can tell us if the PR is valid or not?
 
there is a guy on dp offer this trick for $100. 301 redirect will not survive PR update.

Not only will it not survive a PR update, it won't even survive a few weeks
after the 301 redirect has been removed.

While Google's PR bar is updated in regular intervals, there are simple
updates that get pushed out for 301 redirects that are removed typically
several weeks after that 301 has been removed.

It is unfortunate that lots of people fall for this scam.. it works the best with PR3-5 domains though.

I'm really curious what's going to happen to this website on the next Panda Update. But it would be really cool if the owner of the website somehow managed to retains its current Page Rank which is PR10.
