3 Idle CPA accounts

Just like the title says I have 3 idle CPA account.

Looking for someone to put them to good use. Must have experience in black hat marketing so you dont get the accounts banned. I am open to ideas.

Accounts are with COPEAC, Azoggle (SP) and Unique leads.
