The people that I have unfollowed keeps coming back. I think that pinterest is trying to combat bots, so it might be best to turn down the settings for now.
there are different usecases and i think it has to do with people starting new boards or you only following a couple of boards of the account. Some of them also have to do with unfollowing to fast
