If you're smart you could make any captcha service work with any tool. For example, if you're using senuke and you want to use deathbycaptcha (which it doesn't support), you could choose decaptcher. Then you'd redirect decaptcher's address to your local web server via hosts file. You'd have to write a custom server-side file that receives captchas in the same manner as decapther, passes them to deathbycaptcha, waits for the answer and returns it.
Perhaps I'll code a tool like that sometime in the future...
