3 Accounts, Should I 1) POST + SHARE, or 2) POST / POST / POST seperately

LinkedIn ,3 accounts, wondering if I should post + share/like the post on other accounts, or just share it separately on all 3？

Thoughts? It's kinda obvious what i'm doing, will they punish me?

I run a few LI accounts for all of the sale guy's at work and like each accounts post with the other accounts. These are real people with real accounts and I have not been flagged at all. However, I am unsure if their algorithm punishes for this but I don't think they do as I do get a good reach on these posts. I do change the content for each account tho!
