Send them to gold investment, wines, real jewelry, parfumes, exotic travel and the likes.

I agree, promoting randomly via Twitter is not a viable option. You're having success with YouTube, so ramp that up!

Use Twitter for relationship building and building authority in the eyes of Google. And find out, how the people find you. What were they doing before? Do they come on their mobiles, rather than computers - meaning the likelyhoood of them buying is much worse.
As said before, take them somewhere interesting, give them a high quality freebie and then try a squeeze or CPA.

I made the first sale after 26000 clicks. Thats a shame. If someone wants to buy the Twitter acc please send a pm. I need get rid of them

better still auto blog from tech crunch and fail blog
then rss feed your auto blog to post on twitter every hour..
then your followers will see intersting things on your twitter updates and come
to your adsense/banner/cpa/content blocker site...all on auto pilot

Is this a possible method??

There are other ways to make money on twitter rather than using clickbank which has always been hard to get conversions from (at least for me). Being that you can get 26K clicks I'm assuming that your follower count is pretty high so you can try tweeting ads on that account, setting up a fiverr job and sell tweets on the account

Twitter is so damm plenty of spam (like you send) that peolpe are used tu ignore your offers...
And you can't count that many people that click you links are cheaters too, never interested in your offer
