2nd time getting deactivated.

    Okay so I have been deactivated now for the second time. I went thru the appeal process twice on one email and I got 2 emails back with different responses. One of them said that they weren't going to reactivate my account, and the other said that the problem was solved (these arent direct quotes but you get the idea), except it's still deactivated. I've now done the appeal process on 4 different emails with no email back yet for the code, and I did another appeal on another email where I got the request for a picture, which I sent. I replied to the one email that said they took care of the account being deactivated saying that it was still disabled and am now also waiting for a response to that email. My account was disabled for externally collecting followers or likes, which I have NEVER once done. Ever. Is there any way I can speed this process up? Thanks!

    You have to give them a week to sort it out. Try messaging them again on the 23rd-24th.

    Okay. So it's weird but i got a response to when they replied saying they had unbanned it. They said that I was just having troubles logging in so somethings a bit weird here.

    Are you sure that the email was from Instagram and not some scammer?

    When I had an account disabled I just emailed them and they reactivated it in a week. This was a couple of years ago though so maybe thigns have changed?

    Last weekend when I was appealing I got two emails, one said my account was reactivated and one that said they can't reactivate it.. Their system is a mess

    i thought when u appeal u must use the email address associated with your page? ive been using the email for my page and have not got request to send pic holding code, should i make up more emails?

    what documents? i log in the app and filll out the appeal, i dont get an email asking for documents yet

    They might request documents from you after your appeal. That's what happened to me.

    Did you try resetting the password ? Providing support guys are correct about un-banning.

    how can you request a password reset if your page is down? can this help it get recovered?

    Use login and forgot password option, that's how. Even if his account is disabled he should get the login screen. It's not like he can't access Instagram.

    Something like this happened to me couple of years ago. They said account is fine and no longer suspended but I couldn't login. Then they told me to reset password which worked.

    it wont work for me, when i type in my user name or email it says 'user not found.' i think they have done an update

    ive never heard of instagram requesting a call...
