CTR very low for good positions. I've already changed the titles and descriptions 4 times, I have several similar websites and their performance is good, so I identified that the problems are not with titles or descriptions. Has anyone gone through something similar? What is the best solution to focus on improving rankings, and how do I do that? I’m open to suggestions and tips. The niche is financial (binary options broker). 7-day metric image

If you're ranking 2nd but getting low CTR despite multiple title/description updates, the issue likely lies in how your result is visually perceived in the SERP. In financial niches like binary options, rich snippets or paid ads often draw attention away. Check if you're being pushed down by SERP features (e.g., featured snippets, FAQs, ads). You might want to test light use of emojis or symbols in titles to improve visual appeal. Also, if you’re running multiple similar sites, Google might cluster them or suppress duplicates, which affects actual visibility. In such cases, mobile proxies can help simulate diverse traffic and uncover localized SERP differences or cloaking issues affecting CTR.

Low CTR despite top positions usually means the title/meta is not matching search intent or standing out enough. In financial niches, try testing emotion-driven or benefit-focused titles. Also, rich snippets or review stars can help boost clicks visually.

You can try testing ratings and FAQs, add emotional hooks in titles, and ensure your meta title and description align with search intent.

Also, check if SERP competitors are using brand authority or eye-catching elements.

Try improving Your content's relevance and add rich snippets or FAQs to stand out more-high rank needs strong user intent match to boost CTR.

If you're holding 2nd position and still getting low CTR, it's rarely about meta tags alone. In tight niches like binary options, the SERP is usually crowded with attention-heavy features (ads, site links, FAQ blocks, thumbnails, etc.), so even high-ranking results get buried.

Best move is to optimize visual contrast: test emotional angles in titles, add symbols or brackets, and consider injecting review stars or structured data to stand out.
Also, check for SERP cannibalization or geo-cloaking conflicts if you’re running sibling domains, that often kills visibility even when ranking is strong.

Ok, I understand. Thank you very much for your tip, I will insert rich snippets and come back here to tell you what happened.

I believe it can be the highlight of the titles, I will insert rich snippets. Thanks for the help

If titles and descriptions aren’t the issue, try adding FAQ sections or rich snippets to stand out more. Also, focus on building quality backlinks and showing your expertise in the finance niche. That usually helps with both clicks and rankings.

Thanks for the tip, my friend. I will soon bring the results of the modifications

Talvez o snippet simplesmente não chame a atenção. Mantenha a palavra-chave principal primeiro, adicione um número ou ano, uma palavra-chave e termine com sua marca.
Yes, it can be. I will make changes, measure and bring future results.

Tente melhorar a relevância do seu conteúdo e adicione rich snippets ou perguntas frequentes para se destacar mais. Uma classificação mais alta precisa de uma forte correspondência de intenção do usuário para aumentar o CTR.
On another site I improved the content and noticed that it impacted the results. But on this specific site I will add rich snippets and bring the results to you in the future.

Ok, thanks my friend! The first change I will make will be in the titles with emojis and symbols and add the rich snippets, I will measure the result and bring it to you soon.

Have you checked how your listings appear specifically on mobile vs desktop? Sometimes even strong positions underperform on CTR due to device-specific SERP formatting or lack of enhanced snippets. I’ve seen minor layout shifts impact clicks heavily, especially in finance-related queries.
