2k email list: monetizing ideas?

I´ve built a 2k e-mail list (legit) in the ANIME niche.

How can I monetize it?
How much money can I get from it?

Please no FB Ads related ideas.

you can be a dropshipper of anime products such as pillows, poster, action figures etc.

in the marketing , you can blast their email with promotion. start with the clickbait title that not spammy like :
"hello onee chan"

Thanks. It's a potentially dangerous idea: anime characters are intellectual properties and I do not have a license agreement. That goes against PayPal policy and I don't want to lose my merchant account.

I was thinking of affiliate programs (like playasia.com, tokyotreat.com), but I don't know if 2k email list is enough to even pay the costs of buying a mailing service. Seems a thin list get profit out of it.
 
I would monetize it with something like gaming CPA offers if they do allow that, but last time I checked it's all was prohibited when they where much more common there. So all you need to do is to find such offers and go from there really.

Thank you. This is my first time doing affiliate marketing.

Do you think 2k contacts are enough to start or should I wait for more subscriptions (10k)?

Also, if I do everything right ... how much money per month do you think I can get from this list?

I don't have too much time to invest and I run other digital marketing projects I should leave for this. Just want to calculate if it is worhty.

or you can create an anime niche website / youtube channel and redirect your email there

Those two options are traffic sources ... I already have the leads, what I need is to monetize the list. Thanks.
 
Email is so low to convert id just focus on building it, do you put out a newsletter?
maybe for now do that with anime related affiliates such as signing people up to crunchyroll (idk if they have affiliate programs but just for example)

+1 I would try to find affiliate programs in the anime niche but the first thing I would do is to engage with your list as you do not want to start marketing them right off the bat!
 
Start a blog, make posts, add adsense, share posts with the list, moderate comments
 
Checkout for anime cpa offers and other affiliate stuff. Prepare professional email template and send them those offers.

It is hard. Email marketing is quite hard for now and I think 2k emails are not a big number. You can use some email delivery service like MailJet for getting in touch with those 2k emails but I think it won't convert well.

I ran a free trial signup cpa campaign for people to sign up to stream anime.

For everybody who signed up I was paid about $3.

I stopped doing it when they introduced various constraints and a daily cap of 50 signups.

But if your interested and it is not too much work for me I could see if I could set it up again.
