2FA Authentication shows incorrect "Please check the security code and try again".

Hi guys,

Hopefully someone can help or experienced this issue, my account with 150k followers (Personal account), 100% legit with real followers, no bots or anything got some weird glitch 3 days ago which doesn't go away.

I am trying to sign in, put the 2FA code which I got to my phone and it shows invalid.

The account is not hacked or banned or anything, just pure glitch which doesn't go away.

I tried to sign with different device, it didn't get work as well.

Did you save your recovery codes? then you can try one of them?

Otherwise, are you on Wifi or 4G/5G? try to be on 4G.

Then did you link your IG to facebook?

1) The eight digitals 2FA codes I kept, they shows invalid as well.

2) On Wifi, I had so many attempts, I will try again tomorrow with 4G, thank you

3) my FB is linked to IG, Yes.

Yeah try maybe on another device with 4G first. Don't try too many times. Don't reclick resend too fast. just one at a time.


Another thing you can try if its a creator or business account is to login into the creator studio and see like if it works there
