It's crystal clear that you want to test stolen cards and drain people's card with it
I don't think you'll find a 2D payment gateway in Europe in 2024

get an aged Working Shop and Use there

they guy is probably trying to charge stolen cards so PWAT would also not work in this case

Don’t use Fiatflo the guy is a scam, I paid him the 100$ and he took long just to give me the login details that first red flag, second the API plugin don’t work, he will give a invalid API secrets key and ghost you

Fiarflo is a scam, Ran away with 500$ of mine
