well most of service providers now using 2co as payment option ,is there any chance BHW do this ?

If you need a good payment option I would have a look at PayGear.

I also agree with Mohit. Its a real pain in the ass to deal with paypal. It would be better to have Moneybookers and 2CO.
It will help a lot of people to get Jr VIP.

You can just pay with your credit/debit card you don't have to have a paypal account.
