Hi,

I was trying to pay a BHW seller through my debit card, and every time i get this message "Failed to authorize: Do Not Honor".

After some time my debit card charged 3 times, but I don't receive any email/receipt and etc.

Seller refused to deliver my order, hence they required transaction ID, they are also saying that they didn't get any payment from the information i provided them.

What to do now ?
 
It has got some really strict policies and they even verify the buyer's address. So, make sure that you fill correct info and don't leave any of the fields blank. And try contacting the support for the failed transactions and you will get a refund within 7-10 according to their support.
 
go to your bank and ask them to cancel those 3 transactions so you can get your money back
 
Email their support. 2checkout support will investigate and refund from my personal experience.
 
Go for g2s.com as I would say! They have a similar business model like 2co and they are much better for digital services / products as per my experience with a company which used to use this gateway...
 
Submit ticket with 2co

Their support is very fast , but mostly not helpfull :smashfrea

If not soilved then call your bank and cancel those 3 transactions
 
i had the same issue, so i contacted 2CO and they told me to contact my bank and then i contacted the bank they told me that i should submit a proof of transaction so that they can release the funds otherwise normally it'll take 30-60 days to release the funds and now i'll have to wait for 30-60 days courtesy of 2CO! -.-
 
its not about 2co, its about bank, card.

same happened with me, and my $200 show in my bank account ledger balance. My bank told if 2co not claim in 2 months then i get back it.

or i must ask 2co to email, i have to take printout and go to bank then bank do process.

where you from mate?
 
Normally these issues arises when there is difference in basic contact information but as you are getting message of DO NOT Honor, its an issue with your bank. Because I receive this message whenever I stop all online transactions from my card and then I have to call my bank to allow online transactions on my card.

Or if you have time to talk with them then you must call and you will get quicker solution to this issue. Tickets are not replied so quickly.

It usually gets refunded after some time. This is not just a 2CO problem. I have faced same problem at ATM booths too. Mostly network/connectivity problem.
 
just contact them and they will refund your money after an investigation... dont have to worry.. happen sometimes .
