2checkout screwing me over $35,000 USD, advice needed

A question which is slightly off topic - which payment processor would you recommend except paypal (and of course 2co)?

Moneybookers - Skrill is good. But, they don't accept my business for don't know whatever reason.
Worldpay is good as well but they are only able to accept visa and mastercard in most region.

If you are in the USA, you have alot of Payment Processors - Merchant account is the way to go - Authorize.net.
But, if you are like me and living in a different part of the world, there isn't much for you.

i did not read all the answers but i would visit a lawer as well.
oven if it will cost you but let him answer. probably it will be a 0 deal and you have to pay the lawyer. no clue what this will be in singapore.
how they will try to get the open money i dont know but i guess they have anyway no chance in singapore. so the other possiblity would be asking for a lot of dokuments to a certain date and i am sure they will not make that and just dont email them any more. they you could get out with 0 and no lawer cost. but its risky. a lawer will not cost so much for some good emails and i am sure they will not sue you in singapore.

Better to start using plimus, i am currently using it.

Its obviously a scam...

They have decided to terminate your account and not pay you, because for what ever reason they didnt find ur business model profitable for them...

So the best way is adding some fines to you... and even asking for money from you.

What you need to do is asking them to provide u documents for each charge backs that has happen. Contact ur customers and make sure they have charged back or not, or if the 2co has refunded them with out their request.

Go and get ur 25K, these guys makes any excuse to not pay you... Their customer support is bullshit as well. I bought some product... after 2 weeks I didnt receive any thing. the seller were disappread... I contacted 2co support for refund, and their customer support said with emphasize that they do not pay any refund and I should deal directly with buyer... I told them that I will charge back the money and mastercard will penalty u guys, the customer support said, as you wish we are just payment gateway and ur money is with merchant not us....

scammer many should Inform about there doing...

so let me get this straight - your legal opinion is a "drug dealer" who gets ripped off by a client or a "supplier" can then go to court and sue them to get an unpaid debt (LOL) ... he was selling fake stuff from China - if they have one piece of evidence of this -- then he is in for a world of "pain"

seriously go see a lawyer and find out what applies to you and what doesn't.

next time set up a company and have everything in the companies name - better yet don't sell China knockoffs and you won't have this trouble....... one of the problems you are going to have is if your "debt" goes unpaid - no other companies will provide you CC services anyway.
Well, actually yes the drug dealer can sue, the "debt" would be settled under a claims court not a high court. The fact that he's a drug dealer would be dealt with seperately, the debt would need to be settled in a low level court with just a judge and onevone.

Stop spreading bad information no Judge, no Attorney for that matter will even entertain the idea of a drug dealer trying to sue anyone for illegal activity do you know how the attorney would look trying to defend someone engaging in illegal activity to a judge? and trying to defend it at the same time? It's one thing to defend a client who "allegedly" was involved in criminal activity VS someone who admits to criminal activity.

and if you know of ay case that a drug dealer sued someone over loss product or being ripped off sued, I want to see the case and what statue of the law his or her attorney got him off on this will be interesting.

Now I will agree the Law especially in the USA is a little weird just for example, did you know looking up a women's dress in public isn't against the law in some states

http://www.lawcrossing.com/article/4104/Women-in-Skirts-Have-No-Expectation-of-Privacy-in-Public/

and the reason for that is expectation of privacy is determined where you are, yea shits weird but again no judge will entertain illegal activity

I agree and it can happen. Even though most dont because then they are admitting a crime. There has been countless lawsuits were a burglar will sue the homeowner and they do win! So yes a judge have a duty to upload the law regardless if its legal or not

^ I disagree,. There have been countless cases of when say for instance a burguler will sue the homeowner and the burgler wins even tho it was in a act of crime.

The homeowner has a duty to fix "foreseeable" risks of injuries of those who enter the property

Weird but it happens and they do win

And to the OP quit using those payment processors when your doing big numbers like that and use a real merchant account. If you need one I have a few I can refer you to that Im using now.

I use 3 merchants to spread my transactions across until I build up my rep with them

Woah, don't know why drug dealers and buglers are coming into the pic now.
I didn't go to that extreme of defiance.
I simply sold some phones and i am paying greater price than some who were involved in worse kind of scams and frauds that i know of.

2checkout sucks and they should in my honest opinion just should vanish and i think it will happen soon.
they have mastercard issues now - similar to Alertpay - soon more companies like Visa, AMEX should avoid them and they are GONE for good.

Karma will hit them back and i hope i can see them ruin.
