Hello guys,

I want to post a review about 2CO. If you will ever use them, consider that they will always stay on buyer's side. I have service with 2CO payment system. I had one buyer which ordered service of total $200. Service was almost completed, and only one day was left to deliver it to the buyer. But strange thing happened - buyer requested chargeback. I contacted 2CO with proof of completion of service. They told me that I can do nothing rather than contacting the buyer. I contacted buyer 3 times - no respond. I called again - they told me to let the chargeback stand, and that they can do nothing about it.

So now buyer has backlinks, SERP improvements, I have $200 negative balance and owe money to 2CO.

Damn... You should avoid them.

TBH, its really stupid to try and screw over someone you've just given your website and all your business info to. If you were the vengeful type you could get his domain sandboxed, or blast him a million links to porn sites and rank him with relevant keywords, or you could always rank a site with his own keywords saying how much of a scammer he is and blast it across the web, the possibilities are endless.

Not that I recommend or advocate any of these things of course, but some people might do it, especially if they ran an SEO/Link building business

I'm sorry about the loss you made, 200$ is a LOT of money, by anyones standards. I was considering using 2CO on one of my sites as well, I'll definately be avoiding them after hearing this...They just told you to let it stand and they wouldnt do anything about it? I'm sure that's not true, because what this client has done is committed fraud. Thats illegal almost everywhere lol.

EDIT: I just read again and they say You owe Them money? I would tell them to go fuck themselves and get a new payment processor. If they want their money they can go get it off the guy who scammed you (and then by proxy them) I'm sure they would do something about it if you just took your business elsewhere.

I am a two month old 2checkout customer. So far, I did not face any major problem with them but I know for sure that 2checkout has a reputation of standing by the buyer's side NO MATTER WHAT.

2CO is Good. Not used it alot. but I saw thread about plimus problem with paypal, So may be 2CO will be 2nd option for Plimus People.

This is not their fault at all. The buyer's bank will reverse credit card transaction on buyer's request and 2co can do nothing about it. You just got hosed as it seems the buyer had the intentions to do this from the beginning. You should have done some background check on the buyer.

When you get an order from someone you don't know (Haven'ts contacted you through any forum or your website before buying) and it's irreversible item (service like web design and seo) then contact him with a silly question after another for 2 days or so and see if he is interacting with you as most of the crap happens within the first 24 hours (stolen paypal or stolen credit card).

Ass fucks like this exist in every business so just get along with it.

hmm good thank god not used 2CO planning for it to use before using Plimus instead of it is awesome so far with no issue :)

DDOS Time! :D I would send inflated hits to his site(s) for months on end...

Good luck with that OP.

Or you could hit him with spammy backlinks so fast Google sand boxes his site. Fuck it, do both! Get pay back.

TBH, you live and learn bro... but keep focused and keep going.
Scripteen said it best to do a quick back round check..

I will return to PayPal again. Yes, their service is crap, your account may be limited any time, not all countries are supported, but they are always on seller side in case of intangible items. This is wrong to offer refunds for intangible items like service or software.

Using 2CO for about 1 year and a half now and no problem so far. Selling everyday $100-$200. Never had problem except star rating from people who didn't receive package even if tracking number show otherwise. Nothing with 2CO though.

How about chargebacks? Did you had them? If yes, how you dealt with chargebacks?

bro chargeback shit happens with every payment processor even with gaypal and payment processors like Plimus charges $15 fee on top of that chargeback and I hope 2co DO NOT charge a fee like this.

2co charges $15 fee too. I had one chargeback when I was working with PP, but I won it, I just stated that item is intangible and provided all possible information about delivered items - and I won it.
