29, now.

Man, I felt that. One day you're lifting like it's nothing, next day you're negotiating with your spine just to tie your shoes
Funny how the body starts sending invoices for everything we did in our 20s. But yeah — that “something’s about to change” feeling hits different. Usually means you’re leveling up in some way, physically or mentally. Just gotta ride that wave.
Hope you and the crew at least got beers after the cement job haha.

Happy birthday. I'd say your still young. We have grandpas and grandmas on this forum so you good. Enjoy your day and hoping for the best for you in life.

Damn, I am getting old.

Today I noticed my back started to hurt.......yeah me and boyz put some cement around foundation but still....

Feel like nothing changed, and feel like that a lot is about to change.
Dudeeeeeee what? Don’t make me feel old. I am 38, I don’t feel like that atall.

Yeah may be some back pain, but nothing serious, yet.

Just make sure you exercise everyday. Atleast walk a little if nothing else. ;)

Dont worry, the years go by quicker still when you hit 30+.

Enjoy the ever quickening process to your ultimate death.

All jokes aside, happy birthday. Have a good one, don't work too hard today. Enjoy yourself.

If you do proper workout, not muscle build, but body conditioning, nothing can hurt you.

What is the point of living if you are not willing to learn and do workouts that make strong body?

Life is full of meaning and points, but if you skip any, it means you just damage everything at once.

You live less, you feel more depressed, you fear. FEAR NOT. Familiar?

Your loved ones care for you more, because you are weak.

See? You affect every pixel of your life, dude. Wake up.

Its a gift you reached that age others dont make it til 20. but yeah were getting old haha

Sounds like a pivotal moment—pain reminds us we’re human, progress reminds us we’re evolving. Take care of your health, big moves need a strong foundation.

Mentally I don't feel like I've aged since I was, like, 14. Physically I'm 149.

Welcome to actual adults, yay ;).

Btw had a classmate in my teens with TERRIBLE back pain, she complained all the time. Get some massage and you'll be good. My sister had some last year, we went to massage, doctor also got us corsets for occasional wear between sessions. That fixed her back pain and helped a lot with my scapular winging.
