If you offer copyright protected material like movies, doesnt your hoster cancel your contract?

Since your real life name is associated with the site (whois etc) do you not fear of any legal backslashes from RIAA like institutions?

this is hard business i think coz lots of users dont like this download stuff to complete sign up procedure . as they or me usually ignore this types of sites and search for other sites ... i dont belive that you earned 278$ in 48 hours lol ... it aint possible i think ..:P

I think it WAS possible in early 2011. Nowadays most people hate surveys, but I think that there's still much money to make using similar methods.

I think this method is great and I would like to begin working on it once finals are over and I can really focus on Internet marketing. My only worry is with advertising pirated content. I dont want my accounts banned or to get in any legal trouble over this. What are the legal risks of this method and how can I avoid them?
 
I haven't tried this (yet) but keep in mind that you are advertising for them to download the movie, having them fill out a CPA, and then sending them to a different site for the fulfillment of their request - aka, you are NOT providing anything illegal, imoral or even fattening. I haven't looked into the legality of Graboid, but even if there is some question to that, you can link to sites that aren't yours...

Personally though, I'm thinking that this will be the first site of mine that I'm going to not put on my hostgator account. I've been wanting to open up a 2nd hosting account and this one will probably be my first on the new account. Now I just gotta find one that is good but not quick to question content as much.
 
I'm curious, has anybody banked with this recently? Haven't used this method in years not but I'm sure you could still make bank if you put the effort in.
