At the moment I am just using Graboid... When the user clicks on the "download button" they are clicking on "download.php". That php file is just a file where the http headers redirect my cloaked+encrypted affiliate link to a Graboid page where they can download some software that enables viewing/downloading movies. The Graboid affiliate program has a great affiliate link cloaker and affiliate link encrypter so make good use of it if you go with them.
You don't have to go with Graboid, but I find them very good so far, and my earnings are steadily rising.
Traffic wise, I am using Wordpress and various plugins, and I always use tags for each movie I process (I have over 4100 tags so far, which Google sees as different pages - I am getting alot of traffic from these). I am using OnlyWire to automatically submit each post to around 40 social networks I have signed up (getting alot of traffic from StumbleUpon, Digg and Reddit), however I am only using the free version and am going to run out of my 300 submits anytime soon (would love to know of something similar that has unlimited use for free, until I start making some decent money). Also syndicate your blog to post it's posts on a Facebook page with a few likes (I have 1700 and rising), that way your viral reach will start to increase.

I am curious how you do this using bhcb. When you click download, it should lock the screen with a popup window. How do you associate the download button click to the locking of the screen using bhcb. Because in bhcb you only lock it after some seconds after the page is displayed not based on some events like a mouse click.

Thanks! I love BHW.That's a really nice technique you've got there. We can't know without split testing but I'm pretty sure that's a lot more convincing to visitors than the way I did it!

I really don't use it anymore, so maybe I can share. Not that I don't like it but I try to focus on some of my previous methods. No sidetrack and all that. Focus.
If anyone is interesting I can share the files, "code", maybe a short camtasia tutorial with virustotal scan. You may need Photoshop and CLP2 though. Let me know.

i don't think google alerts is effective for this. for example if you have one for "watch paranormal activity" you mostly get alerts about other sites offering to let you watch it instead of people asking where to watch it.

it seems like google alerts is totally useless for this, i've had alerts set for many different movies for a week now and i have not gotten a single alert where someone is asking where to watch the movie.

I am sure this method works, but why people take so much pain just to get the download link while they can get tons of download link from warez sites? I am saying that cause I upload Movies and TV shows and there are hell lot of competition out there.
Uploaders even share resume supported links like rapidshare which doesn't pay money just to get their posts more views, also we need to post screenshots even sometimes sample videos to ensure the video quality and get good number of downloads. All I am saying people can get the content they want just by searching on google. Why they are filling up surveys to get the link. Can anyone please tell me how much traffic you are getting using this method.
By the way, if anyone need movies/tv shows etc right after the pre-release just let me know. Might help you.

honestly I think "movies" is way too oversatured and it would be hard to make good money with this method.
My advice to anyone trying this is to make two yahoo answers accounts. Give them custom avatars so it looks legit and on one account answer a bunch of old questions without any answers and then vote for yours as best answer. Then use the first account to ask where to watch the movie and use the other account that has all the best answers to answer it with your link. Then the first account can choose that as the best answer.

I created the website and put the content locker on it but I don't seem to be getting any conversions yet. The main problem I think is getting the traffic. The google alerts results are most of the time useless so I tried posting on yahoo answers and some forums. I haven't tried making a video and posting it on youtube but I will definitely do that later. I'm just wondering if anyone has a better idea of getting traffic that converts. So far $0 but hopefully that will change.
I totally agree with u! The google alert is garbage.. I set it to "send me email as soon as there is new post" but when i go check out the posts, most of them were actually written about 2 to 4 days ago.
