I basically have a channel which i have grown over 2 years to 25k subscribers. I literally put little effort into the channel. Just kept it to one theme and just copied other videos and loading them to the channel.
My question is how i can i go further to monetise the channel and make more money? I currently make around $200 usd per month but want to push that up further.

I've had a few channels like that where I re-uploaded content 1-2 years ago with no new uploads in between, which through luck; happened to generated consistent views and Adsense money and on those channels. The best part is, some videos that make their way into the good side of YouTube's suggestion algorithm get the same views for years and years with no sign of it slowing down so hopefully you'll be able to enjoy the income for quite some time
What I would suggest is that, if the $200 / month is coming from Adsense you consider additionally monetizing via affiliate promotion or sponsorship so you can increase your monthly income with little to no work. On old consistently trafficked videos that have ranked well, I've never had any issue adding url's to descriptions and pinning comments with such url's so I'd say it's worth doing. I mean, free money, right?
Here are some ideas for OP and anyone with high view videos they wanna monetize externally:
1. If you have a single video that is consistently receiving a couple of hundred thousand monthly views with good retention, you could sell ad space via description link and pinned comment link promotion. You could charge a monthly fee to include someones link in both places if the video is getting high hundreds to millions of monthly views. If the views are less and it has a track record of consistent views from a certain demographic that suits the company/website/product/etc. target audience you are selling adspace for, you could figure out industry standard CPM, multiply discounted CPM with estimated views for 5x-15x months (depending on video, niche, advertiser if one is interested and seeking a quote, etc.) and charge an upfront fee for a lifetime placement of their links. Selling ad space on a video that has already ranked with consistent view track record is usually the best way to go on high view videos or potentially low view videos that are on authority channels with real fanbases (as sponsors pay more for such promotional efforts).
2. If you have videos getting views everyday with tier 1 traffic, add an Amazon affiliate link to the video/s descriptions and leave pinned comments on each video to promote a product available on Amazon that you featured or used in the video at some point. If your traffic is predominately from the USA but there is nothing relevant on Amazon to promote on a video, just link to the homepage. If they click the link and buy anything at all, you'll get a reasonable commission. I've had a few channels with videos that ranked products in a variety of niches - most vids were monetized by YouTube with $2-$3 CPM's yet I would always make more from Amazon commissions then Adsense.
3. (too busy to keep this reply going) Promote other affiliate links relating to your videos, niche, etc. promote CPA offers. There are millions of things you can link to which will increase your videos revenue.
If you're only monetizing externally OP, add an external monetization method to up that $200 / month (and potentially make 10's or 100's of extra dollars in monthly passive income).
Otherwise, you can easily sell the channel outright on EpicNPC, Swapd, playerup, etc. (lots of forums you can sell on for free. If it was larger with more revenue it would be worth selling here on the marketplace but probably not so much based on your short description of it), or as a private deal. A 25K subscriber channel with $200 / month revenue should fetch anywhere from [2x-12x (last 3 months) average monthly revenue] + [$0.5-$5 per 100 subscribers]. The true valuation will depend on a large variety of factors including but not limited to view and revenue growth trends, monetization methods, viewer and subscriber demographics, subscriber gain/loss rate, niche, type of fan-base, time since last upload, comment/like/dislike activity rate, content type (origional/modified reupload/stolen), channel age/health/authority, etc.
