250 PR1+ Sites needed.

Alright.
So I took a job for 500 Back link submissions.
Only problem is i do not have a list of 250 PR1+ sites.
I need to know where I can get this, following these requirements.

PR 1 minimum
free PR website
conceptual backlinks
different IP's

Can anyone help?

Mix article directories with a couple of blog network services around here & you'll have yourself the 250, assuming you din't promise homepage or actual page PR links.

How do you take a job without having a clue how to deliver it anyways lol ?

They would like a list of 250 sites before awarding the job. And i thought checking BHW to get a list. but I'll spin my luck and see what I get from your suggestions.

After we get the job i can handle it from there.
