Sorry that I have no info for you on this but I thought I would propose a strategy to you. After being active on this forum for a while, I have noticed that posts asking for something (especially to buy FB ad credits) get little to no responses whereas posts that are proclaiming "truth" about a certain concept tend to get a lot of activity. There are a lot of professionals active on here and sometimes it is irresistible to be able to prove someone wrong. That being said, try creating a thread on why buying ad credits for FB cannot be done and perhaps you might get some clearer answers on how to do it.
