Im getting 25% CTR on my youtube video ads and its been consistent for the last 3 days. What the hell is happening? am i gonna be banned?

Wow! That's a huge CTR, but I've seen it before. Unless you are gettin a ton of invalid clicks, I think you'd be fine.
