I have 2-3 sites in finance niche, which receive a combined of 25k UV per day. I am looking for a CPA offer which can pay $1 or more per email submit, I can put a inline popup on page load.

Let me know if you know any good guys around here.

Go with a reputable cpa network(there are many threads on which ones are good). Most have finance offers and submits related to finance. At least then you have some sort of recourse if things go sour, because I guarantee if you run through random bhw members and you get burned the most you'll be able to do is shitlist them.

affilion is good. do you have the account there? i have none :p

i have approved to new great cpa network, yes they are still new, but i have got my payment last month, so they are legit. they pick best offers for any countries.. and best converting offers for sure.

Split test yourself and go with a company like EWA. Weekly pay and are one of the best cpa company's out there.
 
Vow that's great traffic.It would click for any financial niche.With that type of traffic you can get approved with any affiliate network.But if you are interested in getting on right now then i can help you out.

I will suggest not using the cpa.Just use google adds.Low income but good.
I think visitors wants to get rid of that.So some will move away of your site
