With enough adderall, you can have a 120 hour day
Yes, can you image if you live for 70 years, then chances are you have spend more or less 20 years by sleeping? How unproductive is it?I totally agree, we don't even use the all 24 hours because we need to sleep, if there is a way to remove the sleep need or supres it with out any healt repercussion but something around 30 maybe 34 hours per day will be nice but sleeping is what takes most of our time![]()
so true.Time is more value than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time. because once the money is spent, it can be earned again, but once the precious time is gone, it can never be brought back
yes. that's a solid plan to have. To some extend it is true that we are not making a perfect utilization with proper optimization or 24 hours.I suggest to Use 24 hours wisely by planning Time to do this, to do that, sleeping hours, reading hours, exercise, work,. prayers, writing hours, etc.etc..
That's a good. But how could you balance it. I mean 4 hour is less time to have a sound body right? Thouogh I have heard great guys sleep less. And I usually sleep less or around 4h/day, so I save a lot. Still less than I need.
That's true. We all have the same time but someone is poor and someone has lots of lamborghinithat the issue isn't in the time but in people's mindset
yes it saves a lot of time when it comes to content and ideas. So that's a lot to do more in 24hrs.Ai is helping a little,
solid point but what about the body clock we hear about. do you think body will support the cycle? btw, team ferries is a good guy to experiment some great thoughts.Tim Ferriss did this too being awake for 48 hours then sleeping for a couple hours and repeat, so you can do it too. no one telling you when the day ends it's just made up numbers on a clock
ha ha night before exam. hilarious. Best wishes for your student life.Seems like for me, not enough only when I have to have an physics exam next day.
I agree but elon is a great guy as well.As someone who's worked in tech for years, I've learned that it's not about having more hours - it's about using the ones you have more effectively.
I used to think I needed more time too, even tried those crazy sleep schedules some people mentioned. But honestly? The quality of my work tanked after a few weeks. Now I focus on optimizing my prime hours (for me, early morning) for complex tasks, and use automation/systems for everything else.
@SeasonedCode nailed it - it's about mindset and efficiency, not hours in the day. The most successful people I know aren't working 20-hour days - they're just really smart about how they use their 24.
Plus, burning yourself out trying to squeeze more hours out of the day just means you'll be less productive in the long run. Been there, learned that lesson the hard way.I
yes, saving few hours in day like waking few hours the next day lol.and when I fall asleep after such a day, I'll sleep for 10-12 hours.
you mean forum suggestions? oh lets do it again.Too bad you didn't post that in the suggestion section. Maybe the mods would have agreed with that.
Definately it is what it is.It is what it is :d
Where to make that appeal please. We need at least 54 hours![]()
price? This is the reason everyone should have their own @Gogol
Trust me I am not lying, I am now trying to build a team and trying to automate my works. but hey then I will be lazy and spend time in the beach huh.Find a way to automate things, and building a good team.
I don't know, but this is how I function. I heard about people who sleep less, too, and function very good, and people which if they don't sleep 8h or more, that day is destroyed for them. People and people...That's a good. But how could you balance it. I mean 4 hour is less time to have a sound body right? Thouogh I have heard great guys sleep less.
Expensive, but well worth it.price?
Hey, sad to know about all that. But good to know that at least you learned a lesson and realized the loss as well. Hope you will achieve more than what you have lost. God blessOh, yeah, bro.
Thinking is what determines a man's destiny.
The worst part is that there are times when you can't change your mindset. I've lost a lot of money at Blackjack, I've lost money when it should never have been lost. I was graduating high school and I thought I was going to be successful, I had plans, but because of this game I lost my mindset, I lost my reputation, I lost myself.
If I want to take on something, I'm afraid because I don't know how to implement it all correctly.
I'm trying to quit this shit ( haven't gambled for about 40 days now ), but the feeling of brokenness never leaves me
What if it was one of the most terrible day? Will you still want it to last forever?well I wish a day lasted forever
Move to places where sun doesn't set and there are no or less night time.. no one will urge you to sleep as Sun will not set.. LOLWho do think that we need more hours in a day? To do more and earn more!
Same hereI 100% think that. Not just from the money's perspective, but from the life itself. It's simply not enough to create, do, make and LIVE all the beautiful things in just 24h. And I usually sleep less or around 4h/day, so I save a lot. Still less than I need.
Automate/delegate more and do lessWho do think that we need more hours in a day? To do more and earn more!

Only "lengthening days by 0.06 microseconds. " don't work for me.https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/othe...rth-rotation-and-make-days-longer/ar-AA1wUy3t
your wish may just come true
Suddenly you begin to notice that New Year's Eve is coming more often and more often....Time is more value than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time. because once the money is spent, it can be earned again, but once the precious time is gone, it can never be brought back .. never!
No doubt your advice are valuable and it needs sometime have this in you. It needs to be nurtured for long. Life is all about how you think it is.it feels like this because our psyche is shifting towards a higher consciousness and all of the things that we've not done but wanted to do, or that are on our to-do list are quickly coming front and puts pressure on us (unconsciously, of course, very few people are aware of this mechanism), and that's why we feel like we don't have enough time.
We are quickly and unconsciously being pulled into the future, and in this future we will operate with other variables and values which are still foreign to us, and hard to wrap our heads around if we're not trained on how to deal with them (which most of us aren't), so our psyche feels this pressure and that's why we feel like we don't have enough time in the day (I feel the same way, too).
The solution to this is probably to relax, take deep, slow breaths, and try to slow down your vital functions (if you know how to do it) while continuing to tell to yourself "it's OK, I let go of all of the unnecessary things and I am only focused on important things from now on"
Repeat this phrase to yourselves (while you still breathe lightly and deeply) until you either fall of sleep, or feel like getting out of this trance and start doing something. But don't try to fall asleep, and don't program yourself to fall asleep, you need to either let the sleep engulf you naturally or - if you become full of energy instead of falling asleep - just wake up, sigh a few times to relieve the eventual tension that you might have gained during this trance, relax again for a few seconds, and then go about doing your usual stuff.
Meditation is a powerful healer, organizer, and stress relief, so use it! And depending on how good you are at meditation, you might also be able to sync your psyche to the new vibes / waves / consciousness / whatever this is (I don't know how to call it) and you will see that - with time - the feeling of "time flies too fast" will dissipate.
This is not the only reason for which we don't feel like there's enough time in the day, I'm sure there are more reasons, both intrinsic and extrinsic ones, but it's the one I could think of...
