Hi.

I saw this domain, listed on dan dot com then when i search it on estibot it estimates at $23,000 (no da, pa, dr, backlinks, and traffic) then this guy sells for $100. let me ask you, would you buy this domain for $100??

Unless it actually makes money it has no concrete value, only perceived value.

Perceived value is based on what the buyer is prepared to pay, not what the seller wants.

but for you is this worth it to buy?

I would not buy this for $100. Remember the old saying: If something appears too good to be true then it probably is.

I dont know what the domain name is so i cannot tell you.

But i know of lots of large organisations that buy a domain name for $xxx,000 because they perceive it has value and i know of lots of people who buy domains to flip them as they already have a buyer lined up.

estibot is very very very inaccurate so no, I wouldn't buy that domain for $100 unless it fitted well with my brand.

but a lot in here is against on goddy appraisal and they voted for estibot

$100 isn't much if you consider it was a good name, but I have no idea what the name is so no comment. People who purely invest in domains buy them for much more. These types of buyers could care less about metrics, backlinks etc. Estibot is pure junk just like GD appraisals.

Estibot and related tools can be used as an indicator of value only. It is not an official appraisal, and being that is is an automated service, it can be prone to wildly inaccurate data at times. The price that it gives you is not a liquid value.

You never truly know the real value until the domain is sitting in your account.

most likely it is emd, if so, then it is worth the money
