It looks like it doesn't actually creating any links - it only says it does. I think that all the fun is in this:

STAY ON THE PAGES WHILE THE SUBMITTER IS SUBMITTING ZOUR LINKS

They force you to stay on their site and watch "link submiting", but in fact only thing that is happening is that YOU are giving them one of the important SEO factors - which is "How long your visitors stay on your site". Got it? Do you now understand this "Stay on the pages while we get better SEO statistic for ourselves" fun? It's just clever catcher for so-called internet marketers, who are too hungry for links to not to try something like this.

But unfortunatelly, it's too easy to really work.

If you will try this for any site, it won't give that site any backlinks. In fact, absolutely nothing happeness. Use any SEO tool which is checking backlinks (ahrefs, majestic...) and you will see that none of those "submitted links" were actually created.

It's a fake. Nice one...

You should not build a lot links.
