Sometimes the 21 day hold doesn't happen right away. On my last account I didn't receive the 21 day hold till my 20th sale and it went away after I received a 100 positive feedback.

there is no 21 day hold. that only applys if you dont upload tracking info to ebay and paypal. once ebay and paypal confirm delivery the money can be transfered or used for buying something with in 72 hours
i make multiple stealth accounts and sell to but sometimes some uk paypals get the 21 day hold and sometimes the money is already available on other accounts its really annoying but i may have figured it out, must be the way the account is created and way you receive payment i so hope i figured it out
hey i make multiple accounts too but the problem is sometimes the accounts get 21 day hold and sometimes they dont so i dont know what i am doing wrong i make uk ones ...
now you have to add tracking to get the 21 day hold of faster and once you checked they received the item you ring paypal and ask for your funds to be released as they have received the item and they go check the tracking and check if its been 3 days after delivery

No such thing as a workaround for this currently. Make sure you upload tracking and funds are usually released with 3 days usually for UK PayPal.
Accounts that do not start with 21 day holds can have them implemented on an account at any time. It has become easier in the past few weeks for the 21 day hold to be removed before the 90 day mark is up.

Stop posting rubbish on the forum. Makes no odds how much or long after you receive payments. Some accounts get it some dont. UK & US are very different to other countries
Try to look at it from eBay's point of view. If you were eBay, would you want scammers to have the ability to withdraw money and skip town as soon as payment hits their paypal account? We sellers all don't like the 21 day rule, but it has cut down drastically the amount of seller scams.

But 21 day hold is ridiculous... at least have a way to verify a account with more detailed information to get around it
It's not 21 days if you ship immediately and provide tracking info. The alternative would be having to provide SS# at eBay signup, which will crush most people complaining about the 21 day hold anyways and kill off most eBay steath accounts to boot.

Here have been explained that with providing ID/PoA they increase the limits, but curious if they remove the 21-day hold as well. Also curious about if this is true, maybe 'yes' because as far as I can see the SEA eB region they're asking for exactly the same docs with NO mention about the "90 days hold" or so.
Someone might try and give tips/feedback.
