Main questions are: are these followers legit? Do they engage? Who are they? Did you turn Twitter analytics on?
If your users are real then start with marketing 101, get to know who they are and what they want. Then sell them what they want.

Perhaps explain your account and how you attempt to make money? It's not like Twitter hands out money for just having followers. Like what is your niche? Is your niche Safe for work or not, what do you use to monetize? Blog with Adsense? Adult CPA? No one can give valuable advice without that crucial information.
My niche is humour, I mainly post videos though on all my facebook pages and my Twitter account. I have a blogger website but it does poor. I'm going to try and see if a video blog will do better than a viral article one. But I don't know much about making websites.

you could create an youtube channel and post the link on yer twitter, drive those 15k madafakas each day to yer youtube channel, 3 dollars per 1k views, this means easy 45 dollars per day, not bad.

Humour is a broad niche and can be hard to monetize so my advice is to figure out what your audience is like. Are they primarily gen-z teenagers? Boomers? That really makes a huge difference.
I don't know what your reach is (Check this in analytics.twitter.com ) but you should definitely look at that. 20k followers means nothing if you're not reaching millions of impressions per Month.
Try to dive into your audience and figure out who they are, what their lifestyle is and make decisions on that. I personally enjoy making persona's based on my most engaging followers (which I can see in Audience insights on studio.twitter.com)
Once you understand your audience you can start building a website and monetize with either drop shipping, affiliate marketing or good old plain AdSense.
