With my isolation skills (5 years in house no leaving), there's no way I'll be dead if I am aware of outbreak observing news sitting in my pants.

What I worry about is cancer. Hence I don't drink and don't smoke often.

the moment you social distance for too long, you are dead
all the skills we learnt back in 2020 are useless now !!!
 
OP didn't mention that you would return to 2014 with your current knowledge
So you could return to just live again making the same actions and picking the same choices
In this case, 2030.
 
2014 without any doubt and I would buy Bitcoin like a cheetah.
 
I'd go back to 1985.

Most fun time to be a programmer.

I'd love to be a 16 year old in 1985. So many fun programming problems to be solved. Ah what a time.

2024 is ok. Machine learning is great, but it's a much faster paced time where individual contribution is less interesting.

There's too much to know and learn now. You can only specalize.

Back in the late 80s and 90s you could have a very extensive knowledge within tech. Just look at the fun that was had in the early gaming companies. Building and improving 3D engines.
