2025 journey with Social Automation

Hello everyone!

I have been a member of BHW for a long time as a person who seeks inspiration from others. This is the first time I post about my journey on BHW.

A little introduction, I have been a performance marketing manager for several years but mostly paid, never touched organic.

Recently, I have coded a system to create short videos in bulk (from script, voice, music, crop, add subtitle,...), capable of producing thousands of videos a day (estimated based on producing a video of less than 15 seconds). With this system, I will start approaching platforms like TikTok, YouTube Short, Reels as long as I have ideas.

I don't know how far things will continue in the future. I will keep continuing until I determine the earning ability, at that time, I will scale the implementation of this model.

Upload: 6 videos
Scheduled: 9 videos

This is a new channel, so it still has 0 stats. I will upload regularly for a while so tiktok can recognize the channel's theme before everything grows

Yes, but before compressing, I have to reprocess the stock video clip (croping, resizing,...). In the future, I will run another channels with footage prepared by me, it may take a bit of time to prepare the resource warehouse. It depends on the niche's content

Today i will create a new channel about finance and use it to interact for a while. Meanwhile prepare resources (mainly videos)

Can you tell us more about this system of yours?
Like what you used, how complex is it?

I tried to make one, but stuck in the development and was fare from scaling.

If you can tell me more, that would be very helpful. I don't plan to do create channels are posting, but I might have another use for it.

Yeah, sure.
Basically, this is the video generating process:
1. Script (automatic or manually)
2. Voice & Subtitle (automatic)
3. Music (2 mode: randomly chosen, specific chosen)
4. Video footage (3 mode: randomly chosen, specific chosen, random and merge)
5. Combine everything

Beside that, I also have some additionally func like: crop 16:9 to multiple 9:16 video, add logo to the video, create image, thumbnail, etc... With the codebase about ~1000 line, there's too much for me to remember them all. But if you ask, I will respond

Scheduled: 7 videos to January, 10th 2025
I found that I have upload too many videos/day with a new account. For the new channel, I'm preparing video footage with AI but I found that it takes time than I think. Not about the processing of create footage video, but it's about the quality, it not as my expectation so I'm trying

What language(s) is this written in? Did you use an existing package for the video editing portion?

[System Update]
I have refactored my code to add some new func:
1. Image func: Convert to any format (.png, .jpg,...). Crop to any ratio. Flip. Add text. Add logo. Create thumbnail. etc...
2. Video func: Create video from image (i found that some kind of content just using image + text + music). Control max duration for channel (for YouTube Short is 60s, Facebook Reel is 30s)
3. Change meta data
4. Project management (each project has its settings, output, input, etc...)
 
Hi. I’m building something similare.
What do you use for music? Can you suggest some libraries good to TTS and subtitle?
