Hello guys
2022: What would be the wisest for opening/managing a WH youtube account/channel after the previous one you had was banned ?

1) vpn with residential ip (but should it not be a fixed one?)

2) vpn with dedicated ip (but some of these are said to fail with YT because formerly owned)

3) simple paid vpn (=rotating datacenter ip)

4) No vpn, only Brave browser incognito + Tor (OK: Tor doesn’t work well with YT accounts, but Brave + Tor is weaker, hence the possibility)

5) No vpn, only Brave browser in incognito mode

6) Should mac address and GPU id be changed as well?

Thx guys

Brave browser in incognito window is enough for this. You will be completely safe with this setup.

A different browser with fingerprinting protection and a new google account is sufficient.
Google never seemed to link accounts based on same IP.

I'm using librewolf browser for my channel. It's a firefox fork with extra protection.

Brave's own site states that their incognito window (without Tor) doesn't hide the ip: "Incognito mode doesn’t hide your IP, but Brave’s Private Window with Tor does." Or do you mean it's irrelevant?

I'll probably manage the account from a Mac desktop. Librewolf doesn't seem to make life easy on Mac users + Updates are non automatic.
"Google never seemed to link accounts based on same IP": How do you mean? Do not a load of YT banned users complain here about being banned repeatedly when opening a new YT channel with the same ip or am Imissing something ?
Thx to both of you.

Brave browser incognito mode is a good option, any extra measures to avoid being detected will be good but should be optional.

Use different browser and different google account

create a new channel its more than enough for running one channel

what works best but is expensive is to have another device and you save a lot of time

Just use a different browser profile, since you are doing whitehat you shouldn't have problems.

Ban depend mostly on content not IP so brave or any different one VPN, residental IPs doesnt matter.

No matter how much you try to circumvent the ban and create a new account, one day Google/ YouTube will find out so why risk it unless you are doing it for the short term.

If you decide to create a new account, you can do all your activities in a vps
