Youtube is getting harder day by day for purchased traffic.
I think it is better now to pay attention to content.

We have to wait. Through the years YT had many updates and after every of them views services came back.

Yes they do, i check their payment. Most of them has unique content like toys review, origami, how to make, unboxing device type things. They make camera video ( not slideshow, or copycat)
