[] 2018 IG Scraper that works?

I'm looking to scrape Instagram. I need a tool that:
-can scrape user ID by location
-search influencers by follower count (i see lotta websites but wondering if theres a BHW version)
-scrape e-mails from IG users
-scrape user ID by from tagged location / event

Ever since that IG/facebook privacy update. lotta scrapers stoppped working/dont offer scrapes anymore. Does anyone know of any that work ?

would love to know a working IG scraper which can scrape followers with filters, delay etc settings...

You can only scrape via a location / explore url:
https://www.instagram.com/explore/locations/

The other option is to perform a normal search and then filter on the location property - although this is VERY restrictive, will ignore 90+% of results and can lead to blocks)

you cannot search for influencers, there is not "influencer" search. You can run a normal search and save out details, and then order in excel on followers_count

You can scrape emails if the user has placed their email in their BIO, or if they are a business account and have specified a contact email. You cannot scrape the private emails of users.

The above caveats withstanding, what you are asking is nothing complicated, I cannot speak for all other major bots definitively, but they should be all be able to do this as is fairly basic functionality

Oh yes, I used to use Iconosquare but they changed their features because of Facebook vs congress

do you know anything on BHW that can scrape/export emails?

I am not aware of any free options that can scrape the business contact emails.

As for public (purchase) bots they exist that can definitely do this although I am not allowed to say due to BHW self promotion rules, but I would think all the major programs should be able to do it as well as it is fairly basic functionality. Best option is to contact their support and ask
