You should check SpinnerChief 3, it is same good as WordAi and much cheaper.

Well hell, if you're willing to edit the text, look at First Draft. First Draft generates original content and sort of makes spinning irrelevant. But if you want to spin, there are opportunities to do that within the software as well. You can unspin spintax, entire sentences, and some phrases too. I can't post links yet, but you can Google it via "First Draft" + "justoutsourcing".
