[2014] Link building Methods that work?

Hey everyone, I'm still using the ordinary tiered link building:

tier 1: web 2.0
tier 2: more web 2.0, blog comments
tier 3: usually would blast with anything.

I know this question has been asked, but I need to know a couple of free link building methods that I could do and still work, have the quickest yet long term effect,

More social signals, and the high pr links for sure, saw a blog post a couple of days ago, will look it up, thanks man

Web 2.0 content is written by me, so i guess it's unique, and PBN is a little pricy, looking for some free methods for now, thank you
 
I've had great success using web 2.0, bookmarks, social shares, doc sharing sites, PBN etc

Look around the BST and you'll see what's working best right now. I also recommend you Kimi's, Taktical's and other great guides here on BHW. All of this should be more than enough to rank quickly most of kws.
 
Keep working on Web 2.0 with huge manual social signals. Try out High quality PBN and Guest Posts..

Yeah, read some kimi's guides, but never found Taktical guides.

PBN are a little costy, but I could manage to get some guest posts. Thanks!
 
It's interesting to see so many people in favor of social signals now. I've never really bothered too much with them (not really needed to) but it's easy enough to add to my strategy.

Out of interest, are people having more success sending the social shares to their web2.0 properties as tier 2 links or direct to their money site?

This interests me too. Also, what is considered as social sharing or what is the best course of action literally in FB etc.?
 
use this method and got the SERP improvement.

Tier 1 : High Authority Sites
Tier 2 : PBN With Unique Content

Along with Social Shares.
