Just about gun shy on a new site, as well as a well established site.

What is the latest in seo? What kind of manual linkbuilding you do?
How about tools?

WHAT WORKS THESE DAYS AND WHAT DOESN'T?

Most of it still works. Some of it doesn't work. Some of it better than others. Really just depends on what kind of SEO you want to do.

Everything works if you do it wisely..

Eg. Post original articles in Article Directories, Original articles in web 2.0, make forum profile and do some quality posting etc.. hope it answers..
